Robert D. BoedigheimerTeri L. Bylander-Pinke
Robert has handled and won numerous notable jury trials during his more than 20 years practicing law. Two of these cases received verdicts of more than $1 million. He also facilitated two settlements worth more than $1 million each and another settlement in excess of $2.3 million.
Before forming Boedigheimer Law Firm P.A., Robert spent 10 years as the managing partner at McCloud & Boedigheimer Law Firm, P.A. His primary areas of practice are personal injury and employment law.
He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Minnesota—Morris and his law degree from the University of Minnesota—Minneapolis. Robert has lectured on expert witnesses, evidence, and under-insured and uninsured motorist claims. From 1989-1990, Robert was law clerk to the Honorable Lynn C. Olson, 10th District, State of Minnesota. Following that experience, he worked with a medium-sized firm, representing trade workers suffering from asbestos exposure.
Robert is a member of the American Association for Justice (AAJ) and the Minnesota Association for Justice (MNAJ).

Teri practice in the area of civil litigation which allows her to represent a variety of clients in the areas of personal injury, criminal defense, and family law. She received her Bachelors of Science in both Political Science and Sociology from North Dakota State University in 2006, where she graduated summa cum laude. She received her Juris Doctor from Hamline University School of Law in 2009, where she was an officer of the Delta Theta Phi legal fraternity. She has been employed with Boedigheimer Law Firm, P.A. for over 2 years, first as a law clerk, and more recently as an associate attorney. Working at Boedigheimer Law Firm, P.A. has afforded her the opportunity to dedicate the necessary time and resources to successfully represent each client on a personal basis.
